Solved: Xhorse Dolphin XP-005 "Error Code: 2 Probe Not Detected"

Problem: The XHORSE DOLPHIN XP-005 could not decode the original key when I selected the HU100 option. The machine stopped and gave the prompt: "Error code: 2, probe not detected. Please do the following steps:

1. Check the clamp position is correct;

2. Check the key insert properly, no chips"

Solution

The image provided shows that the key is clamped in the wrong groove. Remove the key up to the 1st step as a diagram, and the problem can be solved.
