Customer Problem: 

I tried the Xhorse APP but it tells me to use the upgrade kit to update the Dolphin XP005. Then I downloaded the upgrade kit but it can’t find the device. I installed the drivers as well. But still keep getting this error. I get the same message when I try to update the key tool max also. But it works when I update my condor mini plus.

The solution:
Please switch to another computer to use. Windows 10 computer will not provide driver digital signature, please refer to this post to fix it.

Problem: The XHORSE DOLPHIN XP-005 could not decode the original key when I selected the HU100 option. The machine stopped and gave the prompt: "Error code: 2, probe not detected. Please do the following steps: 1. Check the clamp position is correct; 2. Check the key insert properly, no chips" Solution The image provided shows that the key is clamped in the wrong groove.
