Suzuki Omini All Key Lost Cut with Xhorse Dolphin XP005 + Key Tool Max

Today, we have Suzuki Omini All Key Lost to cut a new key with Xhorse Dolphin XP005 + VVDI Key Tool Max.

Operate with VVDI Key Tool Max first, tap "All key lost", then "Suzuki".

Enter code "7460" and then tap "Query".

You will have SZ13RP and NSN14 and the corresponding bitting, clamp to use, Alignment etc. 

We select " SZ13RP", and then it give the instruction to follow. 

Tap "Cutting Key", then "Continue".

You will see it will cut key from 1% to 100% with Dolphin XP005 cutting machine. 

Cutting Key completed.

This post explains how to Micro-adjust biting distance and cutting depth for the Xhorse Dolphin XP005 key cutting machine via Xhorse App. Sometimes the key biting doesn’t reach our demand, so in Dolphin XP005 we get such an option to adjust it. Before performing Cutting Key in Xhorse App, we should prepare the following steps: 1. Click “Parameter Micro-adjust”, select the specific biting position;  2. After adjusting, click “Cut by single-biting”; 3. Select a correct code >> Select this biting >> Continue; 4. Start cutting processing, and wait… 5.
